Hi everyone and welcome to my RNT Fitness journey. I started this journey on the 1st of January 2021 and so far it's the best thing I've done.

I've lost 13.2 kilos so far from 106kg to 92.8kg. This was from 1st Jan 2021 to 12th March 2021.

I was always into fitness but never had a mentor for it. Looking back I always wondered why. I had a mentor for my animation career so why didn't I take my health more seriously?

So I decided to take the plunge. One of the reasons I'm more conscious about my fitness is because my wife recently gave birth to our beautiful baby daughter.

Having a daughter has made me realise that I want to always be there for her and I'll do anything for her.

I know we don't really have control over out last breath but what we do have control over is the choices we make, the preparations into doing the tasks we want to do.

Hence my fitness journey.

I will be sharing my daily journal. It's quite repetitive so I warn you. This is to show the process of what it takes to get into the best shape of your life.

RNT Fitness has a saying 'How to get into the shape of your life, for life' and using the physical as a vehicle to achieve the best version of you and applying that discipline to all other areas in your life.

Now I have to thank my old school mate as without him I would never of known about this fitness program.
